Research of existing and potential consumers of "PGS" products
Consumer research for PGS company was carried out in January-February 2004 in order to analyze the existing and potential consumers of its products.
Research tasks were set to identify elaborate and report on the following:
- reveal consumer demand in these products;
- reveal potential consumer demand in these products and their preferences;
- assess the level of popularity and consumers awareness of such kinds of product;
- determine market capacity and potential.
Research methods:
- «face to face» interview;
- «desk research».
